Totkay in our society has a very important role. every desi person has tried at least one totka in his life. these totkas have helped a lot of people while did not work for few people. but its importance remains at its place.

Amal academy's totkay for growth mindset will help us in our personal and professional development.

These totkay includes :

2. Get out of your comfort zone

3. Create new habits

4. Ask people to help

5. Fake it till you make it.

Self-talk.

Self-talk is a direct reflection of our mindset. what we feed in our minds continuously becomes our reality. So if we set our mind to think positively, it will help us grow and adapt according to the need.

Get off your comfort zone :

It is very important to continuously push ourselves to face new challenges. if a person develops a habit of facing challenges, he ultimately develops a growth mindset.

Create a new habit :

This totka is the key difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. If a person becomes a lifelong learner, he will be ready to transform himself to be a better version of himself.

Ask people help :

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. but it helps us to grow. most of the time we are not able to track our progress where we are wrong but others can do this work for ourselves.

Fake it till you make it :

This tip tells us even when you have not fully adapted to your new mindset still act like you were.

Among all tips, my favorite is self-talk,

We should try to make a habit of self-talk and try to implement a positive mindset because a peaceful mind is a creative mind

I have already implemented this habit by avoiding negative thoughts and have approached a positive mindset through self-talk.
